Lisyansky, Senior Vice President of Sberbank of Russia V. V. Sitnov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of solar systems Cui Zhiwei launched Samara 75 MW Solar Power Plant. In 2019, Solar Systems also plans to complete the construction of several generation facilities in the Astrakhan region and Stavropol territory.
