Solar Systems and Shunfeng International Clean Energy Limited cooperation agreement

On March 28, 2017 in Shanghai (China), the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Solar Systems Lisyansky M.E. and the CEO of Shunfeng International Clean Energy Limited (SFCE, the corporation includes Wuxi Suntech and a number of other manufacturers of photovoltaic products) Eric Luo signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which provides for the possibility of development of a partnership for processing of materials, supply of solar modules and other areas of cooperation for PV-projects.
